NEWS

We would like to thank everyone who made this event a great success for us! We are a small company that is focusing on one car at a time. In taking this sort of approach, we know the lines may get long! But consider this, we are tailor making software for your car. The way it should be!

We would appreciate any feedback from those who have used or are considering using us so we can improve our site and product.

Thank you,

Today we have some good news to share with everyone! We have some dyno results for the 2.0T FSI that we are proud to share. These results are for a 6 speed with only a CAI. We use only one place for all our results for consistency and accuracy here in Pittsburgh. This car originally dynoed at 196hp @ 204lb.ft. With "our" stage 2 tune, we achieved 245hp @ 280lb.ft. We at F1tuning are very proud of this and hope that you find this as exciting as we do. We will be posting the before and after dynos as soon as we receive all the information.

Oh, the reason I say "our" stage 2 is simple! Our stage 1 is an economy tune for a little better MPG and a nice little bump in performance. Our stage 2 is a more advanced tune than our stage 1 with a very nice bump in performance. Our stage 3 requires a down pipe and gives a bit more. But remember this: each tune for each car will be different achieving the same results. We tune to how the components in the car react, plain and simple. Please feel free to contact us with questions or concerns.

We have a tested and proven "fix" for the 09 TDI six speed that cures the power loss or hiccup. This is great news! We have tuned several before they experienced the issue and several that have had the issue but no longer. Please feel to contact us with any requests.

Tdifest was an awesome show with great cars, great venue and even better people . We will definitely make next year as long as it is still on the east coast ;-). We got to do some sitge seeing and went to the VWoA headquarters. That was very cool to see some of the test vehicles they have just sitting in an open parking lot. You didn't even have to pay admission. There was a A5 R32T sitting in the lot that looked pretty smokin'. Anyone's that comes here? I hope someone would be that lucky!

Wagons in the Brush this was another good show at a beautiful location. I was not able to be there but Bill and Tonino were, lucky dogs. This is right down the road from them quite a long road for me! I tell ya, September is the time of year for great car shows for great people.

H20 International! What an awesome show that I didn't get to go to;-( However, Bill and Tonino were there and had a great time. I got to see the photos, man, nice scenery there. I tell ya, VAG enthusiasts are the best and most knowledgeable in the world. I wish I could have been there too. But I just bought a new house and this taking most of my time. Thank the good lord for Bill and Tonino.
